  • We have been taking our cockers to Jack & Emily's for years. Joan now grooms our dog and despite having to deal with matting from a longer-than-expected hiatus from her last grooming, worked miracles. Prices are reasonable and Joan is extremely attentive, gentle, and loving of her canine clients. I would recommend Jack & Emily's without hesitation.

  • Not many times does my doggie smell really clean for days after a grooming appointment BUT this time which was my first visit, my pooch smells so good and it’s been lasting!! I will definitely be back to this place ❤️ Perfect haircut! Highly recommended

  • If you're looking for a high-quality place for a low-quality price, look no further! I've been going to this family-owned pet groomer since 1996, and I'll never change :) And the BEST part after my puppy goes in for a shampoo & nail-clipping is that they put these embarrassingly-cute little bows behind her ears! I love Jack & Emily's

  • Of course there are PROS & CONS to everything. PROS - Family business - Small & pays attention to each animal CONS - Inconsistent quality of work We have been taking our Goldendoodle there for a few months. Every time we get his haircut, it's a different price. You think if they are going to up-charge you for mats or anything else they would give you a call and tell you. NOPE - we show up and pay well over $100!!! I took him last week to get a bath it cost me $65!!! I came home & he had flea larva on his head (that was not removed), he had mats in his ears & on his feet. So, shows me that they didn't really do what I paid for them to do. I ended up spending over an hour brushing out everything that they claimed they did but didn't. Sadly, we won't be going back there anymore.
