  • Loved staying at this hotel. The front desk was very accommodating! The rooms were very nice and really clean. It was nice to have a Starbucks in the hotel even though it was smaller it had lots of selections for everyone. The pool and hot tub was my personal favorite at this hotel very good setup. Overall awesome stay can’t wait to come again! Thanks Double Tree!

  • I am not used to write negative reviews, but in this case I consider I must. My husband and I weren’t looking for some fancy stay as we had to spend only 1 night in the hotel. The room wasn’t cleaned properly. There were hair and dust in the bathroom, night tables were dusty. The front desk lady was very helpful and she changed the number for us after I shown her the pictures. New room was better but still it’s been not cleaned properly. Don’t waste your money and book other hotel. Hope my notes help you.

  • General cleanliness could be improved. There was cruddy buildup in the corners of the bathroom and a large, sticky stain on the carpet in the room entrance.The water pressure was very low, as was the hot water temperature. This made showering less than enjoyable. However, there were several exemplary staff, particularly John, who was a bartender at an event I attended. He was extremely accommodating, friendly and professional. All my encounters with staff were very positive.

  • No daily cleaning offered anymore. And when asked why I wasn’t given heads up, the answer is: you have been notified on a paper you signed, in a fine print. Oh Gee, Thanks! So who is loosing here? Cleaning crew that’s getting paid minimum wage? People that are paying same amount per night? Or an actual hotel?? Definitely not the hotel... but everyone else.

  • This is a property that needs upgrading but more importantly a focus on customer service and cleanliness. A request for towels was ignored and had to call again the next day. Room was stinky like cigarettes. Workout room had great equipment but obviously hadn't been cleaned. Loud parties in the parking lot off the Hilton Honors floor left strewn garbage around the next morning. Obviously there are security concerns as my hotel key was decommissioned before I checked out. Bathroom wasn't clean - hairs in the sink and the carpet was abysmal as well. Extremely disappointed.
