  • Food is pretty good, but the wait time for takeout has become a mess. Last two times I ordered the food wasn't ready until over a half hour later than I was told on the phone. Moved to Kings Grant recently, time to try somewhere else.

  • Just had the pumpkin ravioli dinner special and the grilled chicken verde. Absolutely delicious.. Thank you!

  • Great food and very friendly girls on the phone. Mary and Allison/Alice? are always very kind with the kids when we pick up food. The owners often come out and talk to customers like their family. We suggest you try the cibo chopped salad or pizza bread.

  • The lack of professionalism by the employees of Cibo By Illiano is startling. I ordered a large pizza and a 2-liter soda for delivery. The delivery is over 30 minutes late, which isn't an issue in itself, but the driver calls to advise me that she's been ringing the door bell for quite some time and eventually left the order at the door. I was concerned because I don't have a doorbell, when I notify her of this, she immediately hangs up on me so I call the store. After I explain the situation to the person who picked up, I hear 30 seconds of beeping not knowing whether we got disconnected or whether I was put on hold. I eventually hang up and call a third time and was notified that I was put on hold so that she can contact the driver. Then I speak with the owner who offers to make a replacement pizza. Minutes later, the driver messages me a screen-shot of our conversation and proceeds to blame me for the incident, not knowing that she's messaging the customer and not the store/owner. When I called the store a fourth time to notify the owner that I want to cancel my order, the owner was clearly upset with me, didn't apologize and gave the phone to someone else to handle my situation. I'll never do business with them again.

  • The food is very good. The service was terrible. They will say 45 minutes but we waited over an hour and a half and still had to sit for 30 minutes outside the restaurant. Got no updates on the food why it was talking so long. Some of the food was even cold.
